This is easily my favorite song, the first time I had ever heard it I'm pretty sure I was 8 or 9. I still remember what I was doing. I was Ice skating with my sister and dad and it had just come on on the radio in the rink.
When I was younger I just listened to it because it was a good song, I knew every word and was always singing it. I didn't even know what Eminem looked like, I thought he was black the way he rapped but you know, wrong on that assumption after watching the music video. Getting older though I started to pay attention to what he was actually saying in this song, it's a really good story. It's a really inspiring piece of music that shows him being brutally honest with his fans about his victories and losses in life, but also encouraging us(the fans) to join him on this journey. This song just means a lot to me, It seems I have listened to it over a thousand times and I never get tired of it, it truly motivates me every time I hear it. If someone in person were to come up to me and ask about this song I feel like It could be an all day conversation.
